In 2016 we opened a brandnew facility that would be the flagship site for the company, in march 2016 I became the food and beverage supervisor, it then became my responsibility to do the admin, orders, rotas, stock take and vending reconciliation as well as manning the shop floor and staff. In November 2016 I became a Duty supervisor; this meant that I would become responsible for opening/ closing the building as well as the day to day running of everything on site, all staff and customers with in, Banking and reporting any issues that we may have and ongoing training for evacuations and emergencies. As well as my jobs for places for people, on Friday Nights and weekends I worked as a rock-climbing instructor and supervisor for high sports. This job entailed me to teach children and adults how to climb, from the basic safety aspects to advanced skills and techniques to banking and cashing up and while on shift running the site. 05/2011 to 10/2016 Company Serjeant Major Buckinghamshire Army Cadet Force - High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire I worked my way up through the ranks to become the Company Serjeant Major for E company and acting Regimental Serjeant Major for the Battalion, this meant that I was in charge of not only my platoon but my company and Battalion as well. I was appointed the role of the Lord Lieutenants Cadet, meaning I attended meetings and events with dignitaries from all over the south east and represent the Lord Lieutenant making me one of the highest ranked cadets in the country. I also lead my team and I to 1st place in the 2015 national cadet rifles cup, my company to 1st place in the 2015 and 2016 battalion drill and turnout competition.
