As an avid lover of dogs and a canine parent, this is a subject that is near and dear to my heart! I’ve spent years working with 4-H kids and their dogs as a volunteer leader helping to ensure they understand the needs of their pets as well as the importance of quality care was quite a growth experience for me.

Since then I’ve combined my love of dogs and passion for helping others by becoming a writer, hoping to provide awareness and more accurate information for those with canine questions.

Having been published as both a ghost and guest writer as well as a bylined author, I’ve proudly written content on the subjects of breed-specifics, feeding, health, training, and veterinary care, as well as support dogs for autism therapy and seizure alert. During my writing career, I’ve worked both with agencies and individuals to create content for print and web audiences in the areas of agriculture, health & wellness, manufacturing, and other niches.

I love the challenge of finding the voice and tone that will draw readers in while making them feel like they are receiving advice from a respected friend. Making technical content easily understood is something I excel at.
