I am a consultant who specializes in creating customized process improvement plans & systemization integrations. I come bearing 10 years' experience in Construction Project Management & Coordination, specifically in the residential remodels, commercial, heavy civil, public works, and underground utility space. Prior to my transition to construction, I dabbled in special events both planning & sales and have 20+ years in hospitality; bringing full circle effective strategizing for greater success in all areas & a high level of customer and stake holder satisfaction. I provide invaluable feedback to startup companies, or existing organizations regarding their current inefficiencies, and provide a detailed strategized plan on how to improve the company's overall health operationally, and financially, teaching them the tools to better forecast as well as scale sustainably. Additionally, I mentor leadership of all levels in how to ensure the "people part", a.k.a. the "human" component does not stray into the distance as they focus on being results driven. Initiating impactful cultural elements into young organizations who have yet to self-brand themselves, helping them determine their WHY! I have implemented Traction EOS, as an operational tool company wide, starting with Senior leadership first. If that isn't keeping me busy enough, I enjoy ghost writing on LinkedIn or other platforms for CEO's, VPs, or other members of Leadership; because their schedules simply don't allow them the opportunity; providing thoughtful, thought-provoking, intentional content that aligns with their values & code of ethics. I am interested in pursuing additional clients in any of those spaces, as well as other internet-based newsletters or web pages etc. There is no task or project too big or too small, and I have a way to always make time to bring more value to my small business, by bringing value to yours!
