Much of Traci's career has been working for the same managers who, when in need of a hands-on and focused closer, recruiter and human resources partner, recruited her to oversee start up or restart recruiting and sales teams. Traci has always found, closed and serviced a book of business throughout her career. Her skills are transferable to service industries as she has successfully sold to, managed and advised all levels of decision makers at a plethora of companies to utilize her recruiting services in the highly competitive staffing and service industries. Traci's goal is to now have her skills utilized in a virtual position and is open to full and part time roles. She has a fully equipped home office. Compensation is negotiable based on duties.
