I am a seasoned Human Resources and administrative professional with over thirteen years of progressive experience across multiple industries, including a long and fulfilling career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), from which I have recently retired. I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM) and have built a reputation for supporting organizational effectiveness through people-focused strategies and strong operational leadership.
During my time at PwC, I served in senior Human Capital roles, where I led and supported end-to-end recruitment processes, HR systems implementation, employee relations, global mobility, immigration management, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives. I contributed to key projects such as the Workday HR system implementation, automated graduate recruitment processes, reward and recognition programs, and risk and quality management within the Africa West Market Area.
I am known as a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills. My career journey reflects a solid blend of strategic human resources management and hands-on administrative and executive support, developed through years of working closely with senior leadership and diverse teams.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, and I am multilingual, with proficiency in English, Hausa, French, Igbo, and Yoruba. Beyond my corporate career, I am a passionate writer and published author, with interests in reading and travel.
In this new chapter following my retirement, I remain committed to sharing my experience, pursuing personal interests, and contributing meaningfully through advisory, mentoring, and creative endeavors.
