October 2021 – Present
Worked with the backend development team of an IoT and cloud-based solutions
company that provides real-time analytics of building data (such as temperature, humidity,
space, etc) for building owners, property managers and tenants in order to increase
customer satisfaction and building maintenance costs.
Major Responsibilities
1.
Refactored most of the code from Python 2 to Python 3 and improving the code
performance during refactoring.
2. Migrated the APIs from Flask API to FastAPI.
2. Senior Software Development Engineer (MALLTIPLY)
February 2019 – October 2021
Developed an e-commerce platform that allows users to create their own online stores. This
platform functions as an SaaS. The platform was seamless having over 20 tools helping users
to sell products online. Some of the features include: Staff Management, Product Inventory,
Payment Integration, and Order fulfilment app.
Major Responsibilities
1.
Led a team of 5 software engineers, delegating tasks and organizing regular review
meetings on current features and required new features from the Product Design Team.
2. Worked with junior software developers to improve code quality and strengthen the
code-base for better performance. Also implemented our CI/CD pipeline.
3. Worked together with the UX team and Product Designers to suggest and design what
would be the best route for our software development and delivery.
4. Upholding high standards on fundamental data structures, algorithms, and architectural
best practices.
Achievements
1. The project was launched successfully and on time with hundreds of users in the first
month.
2. Clients were able to create their own eCommerce stores reporting huge increase in their
sales.

Developed high-performing web applications for clients that helped them achieve their
business goals and objectives. This includes e-commerce applications, as well as specialized

on the performance of their kids, pay fees and check reports entered by class teachers.
Software had modules for Grade Book, Attendance Records, Library Module, Reporting and
more.
