I have been in Customer Service for over 20yrs. I have worked in call centers, worked for temp agencies that have placed me in great customer service positions, I have also been a Caregiver/CNA and a Medical Technician. All of these positions require knowledge of different applications and software, the ability to effortlessly adapt to change, always keeping a professional mindset while displaying empathy towards a customers needs or concerns. My goal is to always put the customer first!
