My background includes everything from content creation and communication to digital organization and client support. I’ve worked with personal brands, small businesses, and wellness professionals helping them stay on track, show up professionally, and avoid burnout. I'm currently interning with a wellness coach, where I assist with newsletters, Canva graphics, and social media planning for HR/corporate wellness blending mindfulness with intentional strategy.
For STR (short-term rental) hosts, I also offer remote co-host support. That includes guest messaging, availability coordination, inbox responses, and basic calendar syncing all done with attention to tone, timing, and clarity.
