I started freelancing back in 2020, when the pandemic started. After securing my equipments for work and introduced to several platforms I started with a telemarketing gig for a few months and then Real Estate. It was a great experience since I was able to experience different types of systems(BPD, Slack, KVCore, Skyslope, Follow Up Boss, CINC, Zipforms, Docusign, Homebot, Homeboss and more). As for the tasks, my client let me do initial and follow up calls to his buyer and seller leads, schedule property showings, setting up property alerts, cold calling, SMS Appointment Setting to FSBO's, managing CRM's, drafting offer contracts and creating daily reports.

I am really passionate in terms of learning new things and processes. I will be really challenged at first but once the learning is continuous then it won't be a problem at all. I can also work with a team or individually.
