I run a literary blog https://naijabookbae.com/ where I have been writing book reviews and sharing all things literary since 2013, to aid my literary blog I also have an active bookstagram account and literary twitter account. Aside from that, I run an online society for readers, https://society.larakareem.com/ which is my way of contributing to the literary society in my country Nigeria, with it I run a newsletter service where I share useful tips about literary blogging, updates and various kinds of articles.

I was the online content creator and marketing strategist at Parrésia Publishers Ltd. & Page Book Store, a publishing firm and bookstore. I created the marketing plans and strategy for each book that got publish, as well as managed the brand's general content production, which included writing articles, supervising, editing and publishing blog submissions, creating a monthly promotion and posting schedule, which not only promoted the organisations but engages the intended target audience on the social media platforms and websites to interact with and create revenue for the organisations.

Aside from my role as an online content creator and marketing strategist, I was also an in-staff editor, event organiser and publicist, I converged with various media houses to publicise the books and authors of the company and plan organisation events with various personnel all over Nigeria.

I have signed a contract with Love Africa Press for my debut novel scheduled for a yet to be selected date in 2020 and I recently released a short guidebook titled A Guide to Self-Publishing, which is a beginner's guide to being a published author.
