Hello, my name is Tomer :)
Having started my professional career as a UX/UI developer, I focused on what
makes human experience simple, pleasant and efficient in software products.
Since then I’ve focused on human experience at work, and explored what makes
happy individuals, harmonious teams and business success. During the past 8
years worked as a work-life coach alongside development, and affected personal
and collaborative changes inside the development teams I worked in.

March 2018 - Present
Accomplishments: Developed short and focused coaching processes to
upgrade team collaboration and allow business goals achievement
through company culture change. Constructed a 4-phase coaching plan
that raises motivation, engagement and improves emotional well-being at
work. Handled research, business development, strategy and marketing.
Breeze facilitates higher efficiency and better collaboration in companies
by upgrading employee emotions in three areas: Personal growth, work
relationships, work environment and technology.

Accomplishments: Lead strategy to connect the 4 principal
stakeholders: parents, municipality, education professionals, ministry of
education oversight. Handle team coaching, educational vision,
community engagement, events production, municipality collaboration.
School of tomorrow is a parents organization (~300 families) that
aspires to facilitate the integration of a modern 21st century skills
democratic education in Be’er Tuvia Regional Council. Core principals
include an innovative hands-on learning experience and cultivation of
innovation, collaboration, social and emotional abilities for children.

Friends Jam i s a musical jam show in HaBeitziya Social Pub in Be’er
Tuvia which is based on a spontaneous collaboration between musicians
and the audience.

Accomplishments: While developing UX/UI projects, upgraded the
workflow and coached TinyTap dev team. Helped improve focus and ROI
and create a foundation for company scale which assisted the company
to get a 5M$ investment (Aleph VC).
TinyTap is a social platform which empowers families, teachers and
students to create their own personalized learning apps shared by a
community of educators and learners worldwide.

Accomplishments: Handled initiation, fund raising, production,
community engagement, and municipality collaboration.
Beta Beer-Tuvya is a parents organization that changed the informal
education facilities at Be'er Tuvia Regional Council and helped found the
municipal non-profit organization of informal education.

that helped close multi-million dollars business deals with educational
