Tom Ahern

I am currently writing my second book based upon psychoanalytical ideas relating to living authentically, which—by definition—pertains to transcending fears, traumas and building self-confidence. In addition to writing my second book ’A Seeker’s Path: An Objective Guide To Life’, I blog regularly, akin to the same areas explored on my podcast: psychology, spirituality and authenticity. My first book ‘Yes I’m Fine, Just Tired’, is about my personal experiences with anxiety, panic disorder, OCD and a search for identity. It was a beautiful blessing to go through, and share my story and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Historically, I have worked in the functional training/PT/CrossFit world and have since moved to counselling/writing as a field of meaning—not merely interest. I have worked with people both online and face to face. I have a Bachelor’s in Management with an Economics Major.
