During this time, I played a key role in developing event concepts — from selecting speakers and moderators to reaching out and coordinating with them. I also collaborated closely with the sales and social media teams to execute the events and assess their effectiveness. To ensure a smooth workflow, I created a Google Sheet to centralize creative ideas, allowing the social media team to easily generate content and schedule campaigns. I decided to trade in my suit and heels for the freedom of working on my own terms. I wanted more time for the things that truly bring me joy, like avoiding traffic and having the flexibility to work from anywhere. I'm excited to step out of my comfort zone and explore new opportunities. Right now, finding balance is my top priority—as a career woman, wife, and mother. That’s why I’m embracing remote work.
