I served as a Virtual Assistant in a Broker dealing with freight services for 4 years now. I have been a Carrier Sales Representative looking for and booking trucks for our available shipments and building relationships with carrier over phone and email. I also worked as a home based consultant to customers calling in and shopping around for different items available on our site. I provide information on their order status and process request for returns.
For 1 year, I was a Sales Consultant at VXI Global Services where my skills in converting calls to sales were measured. I was a consultant to customers calling in and shopping around for wireless or cell phone services.
I also worked as a Senior Customer Service Associate for Convergys Services Philippines for 4 years, where my responsibilities included handling customer billing concerns, issuing refunds/ credits, supporting basic troubleshooting steps and setting up appointments for technician visits. I handled phone calls and chats during this time.
These experiences made me have excellent communication skills and developed my attitude on how to deal with different kinds of situations. I can say that I am an aggressive person towards work. Aggressive in a way that I am eager to learn new things and eager to meet my goals and company's standards.
