As Director, oversaw all HR practice areas and strategic resource planning with a team of two reporting HR generalists.       Designed and implemented a self-insured medical benefits plan for 100 employees, keeping employer and employee costs flat for a three-year period. Transitioned entire company to ADP payroll and talent system reducing payroll processing time by 30% and payroll errors by 50%. Worked with OSHA consultant and managers to audit and drastically improve our risk management program for a field crew of 60 employees, including several vehicles and aircraft.
