strategic human capital management, benefits and administration, employee relations, risk management and

Quantum Spatial is a $100 million private geo-spatial data, analytics and software company with 500 employees in 10 locations across
the nation. As Director I served as the senior leader for all aspects of HR during a strategic M&A of three professional services firms
and created and oversaw an annual budget of $1.75million.
Scaled and led end-to-end HR infrastructure for the merger of three companies to the newly formed entity to include the due
diligence process through all transition management activities.
Integrated and managed a newly-formed HR operations team of five (benefits manager, payroll manager, hiring coordinator
and HRBPs) across three locations to improve company-wide HR services, including talent acquisition and retention strategies,
payroll and benefits administration, and employee relations.
Collaborated with senior leadership team to plan and oversee two work force reductions of 120 FTE across five states;
reducing total payroll costs by $9 million.
Restructured three legacy companies’ medical benefits into one self-insured plan creating a YOY savings of 13.5%.
Designed and implemented a company-wide, full cycle Talent and Performance Management Process resulting in an annual
merit-based review process with key future talent identification, retention and succession planning.
Established a compensation and rewards strategy aligned to personal and company performance and created a three-tier

As Director, oversaw all HR practice areas and strategic resource planning with a team of two reporting HR generalists.
Designed and implemented a self-insured medical benefits plan for 100 employees, keeping employer and employee costs
flat for a three-year period.
Transitioned entire company to ADP payroll and talent system reducing payroll processing time by 30% and payroll errors
by 50%.
Worked with OSHA consultant and managers to audit and drastically improve our risk management program for a field crew
of 60 employees, including several vehicles and aircraft.
Led the assessment and initiative to reduce turnover by upgrading our compensation strategy and developing an inclusive
