In the service industry, it is essential to forge relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and use problem-solving skills to address concerns promptly and entirely as well as build relationships with vendors, suppliers, regulatory officials, and regulars.

As a manager I coordinated with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to turn deadlines and budgets into quality outcomes. After opening, I managed teams across all departments, and as part of operations implemented processes in alignment with standards, iterating as necessary and using outside the box thinking to get around roadblocks.
