2015-Present-Freelance Writer, My Perfect Words-I’ve written numerous essays, term
papers, research papers on a variety of topics using APA, MLA and Chicago Citation- -Taught ESL at Seattle Language Academy, Seattle, WA. Average 15-20
students per class. Mostly conversational English, as well as basic essay writing--Taught basic conversational English to school children in La Penita,
Mexico, as part of Entre Amigos Program. Used various methodologies, including
Digital English--Taught ESL at Theater Arts, Hollywood, CA. Conversational English as
well as basic essay writing. Utilized Digital English methodologies.
--As part of my MFA program I Taught a Creative Writing Class at the
Orcas Island Library, Eastsound, Washington. Led discussions on various authors’
works as well as students original pieces. Gave detailed feedback and end of class
evaluations.
1983 -1987-Proofreader and ESL instructor at the Utah State University Writing
Center. Primarily Conversational English, as well as some composition. Edited and
critiqued student papers.
