My name is Timoi.Phillips I am 26 Years old. I am from Spanish Town, Jamaica. I have an associate degree pending at the Caribbean Maritime University. I am certified in Occupational Safety and Health , Persona Development and Career Development, I have a level 3 certification in customer care representative. I have 5 years of call center experience. with two of those years being in customer service and 3 of those years in sales.  I am flexible , I can analyze and adapt to any situation. I have a fierce, ambitious attitude. In the past, my ambition has led me to take on roles of leadership when necessary. I have good customer service skills .I have great Communication skills, sound Leadership skills,  Awesome  Teamwork skills, Interpersonal skills, learning/adaptability skills, Self-management skills and Organizational skills.  Sales suits me well. It's a field that aligns well with my skills, interests, and disposition. and I'm passionate about relationship-building and customer service.
