I have 3 years experience in HR, as an assistant and sourcer both in IT field and in physical worker recruiting. At Jobsgarden - what is an recruiting agency – I am already tried myself out as a trainer and as an on-boarding program planner. That was one of my favourite, it was amazing to see how fast you can help to call out someone’s hidden skills. I was also involved in building up a brand new cybersecurity team, I've learned how to catch a programmer's attention. Before that at Kelly Services I was managing the recruiting process abroad. We recruited people in Ukraine, we held company presentations.  We were looking for the perfect physical workers for several big companies, such as BOSCH, Samsung.
