background in HR. I’ve always
had a creative eye and am the
first to volunteer in designing
the company newsletter or
updating the website. With my
previous HR background, I
learned how to excel at
communication and
diplomacy and can easily
navigate discussions with
clients as well as
management. I am highly
empathetic and love to figure
out how to get in the user’s
head to understand their
needs. My goal is to use my
design skills, communication,

A six-month intensive UI bootcamp where I used Sketch and
InVision to create four projects for mobile and web platforms.

Lead ongoing project of creating and improving onboarding
experience for new hires. This includes conducting check-in
meetings and year-end reviews with employees and holding

and culture based on the employee feedback

multiple contractors and furniture vendors, scheduling
meetings with EVS staff and contractors, and being overall
contact for each part of the office space expansion
