Doing the best job, to me, involves anything with customer service or customer interaction. What makes me feel good at the end of any workday is knowing that I helped answer questions or helped solve problems in a constructive way.

I'm looking for a customer service position that hopefully offers advancement. I have experience answering phone calls, solving inquiries (both easy and difficult), and I am capable of working both independently and within a team setting. I can work unsupervised and still get the job done, on time, without any problems. Within a team setting I like being an equal part of the team. I believe that no one person should have to carry more of the workload. Being a hard working, fast learning, problem solving individual is something I pride myself on.
