I'm an IT Support Specialist with a strong background in computer networking, IT Support, web development, and systems administration. I am highly energetic, self-driven, and passionate about technology love solving problems. I have an ingrained culture of learning new things and figuring things out. I have 3 years of experience in Tech Support and have been supporting companies and individuals with Microsoft desktop computer and server Operating system issues for years onsite and remotely using TeamViewer and other Remote Desktop support tools. I have great interpersonal skills, am a great communicator/trainer and have a great love for people, and enjoy helping them work through their problems.

I have administered and deployed different software based on the environments I was working in. I hold a Diploma and a Certificate in Information Technology, both from a reputable college in my Country (I even graduated among the top students in my class).

I have also worked with various server software, ERP and CRM software such as Jira, HubSpot, Zendesk and Sage Pastel.

I have helped setup things like Google workspace, Onedrive access, Slack, Office365, Calendly, Twilio, Pipedrive ( and other sales software), Zapier Automations, Trello, and Ring Central only to name a few. I was responsible for managing and setting access to apps, and also worked with different teams and on several occasions I found myself working with people from different descents as mine, something that I enjoyed. I setup automation for processes, and also carried out some helpdesk duties on an On-Call basis.
