I am an experienced data analyst with in-depth skills in Python, SQL, STATA, and R. At NERA Economic Consulting, I have served as an analyst for almost three years. My responsibilities include data validation, cleaning, exploration, and analysis. Over my time at NERA, I have a track record of effectively delivering on multiple tasks at the same time, managing teams, and thoroughly vetting data and resulting analyses. I have also taught sections of Python training to new-hires and have helped co-workers develop packages for exporting, table formatting, and fuzzy string matching.

Prior to NERA, I also have skills as a Market Analyst and Researcher at a website-builder start-up named Tellie, where I worked for sixteen months in addition to being a full-time student. In this position, I performed a wide variety of roles. As part of the Go-to-market team, I self-recruited four of the five biggest accounts with the product at the time. I also compiled several market-status memos and reports which outline key competitors and their relative pros and cons. Finally, I also worked closely with the data team on visualizations for the client, where I got exposure to the company’s Red Shift environment.

From Tellie, NERA, and previous internships, I bring a combination of creative problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, wide-ranging technical skills, and concise communication abilities that suit me well to intensive data work, from cleaning to validation to management to analysis. In downtime during my role at NERA, I focus on developing my technical skills through classes on DataCamp, where I have a certification in SQL and am completing a course in Power BI.
