successful test in the Phoenix market GNC expanded distribution to 230 stores
nationally. Secured authorization in 700 Kroger stores and Vitamin Shoppe nutrition
specialty chains. Business sold to publicly traded company in 2014.

Integrated West, LLC President. Originally formed as a consulting and sales agency in
business to service the consumer products industry. Integrated West, in concert with
Crossmark Sales Agency, developed the CPG “Incubator Concept” providing consulting
services and sales expertise to new, small and mid-cap companies in their
developmental stages. Also engaged by larger firms such as Interstate Batteries and
Goya Foods for channel expansion initiatives.
Provided independent contractor services pertaining to the acquisition and distribution of
third party products to 150 store Max Muscle franchise chain.

sales. Developed a “store within a store” concept for eight Mountainside Fitness locations
with four-foot sections holding nineteen sku’s.

One of four original executives in this $120 million spin-off from the Pillsbury Company.
Played a key role in the diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, including Mrs.
Paul’s, Lender’s Bagels, Celeste Pizza and Aunt Jemima brands. Executed the
integration and consolidation of brands from a sales perspective as we grew this
business to over $1 billion. In the process eliminated over $1 million from the sales
operating budget through broker consolidations and revised trade strategies. Total sales
management responsibility for $1.2 billion business competing in frozen, refrigerated and
shelf stable categories. P&L and Marketing responsibility for $133 million Special
Channels operations: Clubs, Private Label, Export, Mass Merchandisers, Chain Drug,
