Also engaged by larger firms such as Interstate Batteries and Goya Foods for channel expansion initiatives. Provided independent contractor services pertaining to the acquisition and distribution of third party products to 150 store Max Muscle franchise chain. 2004 – 2010 Integrated West Retail, Inc. Developed a “store within a store” concept for eight Mountainside Fitness locations with four-foot sections holding nineteen sku’s. 1995 – April, 2003 Aurora Foods Inc., St. Louis, MO Senior Vice President, Sales One of four original executives in this $120 million spin-off from the Pillsbury Company. Played a key role in the diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, including Mrs. Paul’s, Lender’s Bagels, Celeste Pizza and Aunt Jemima brands. Executed the integration and consolidation of brands from a sales perspective as we grew this business to over $1 billion.
