• Directed lifecycle requirements of the asset management strategy which consisted of a $787M portfolio comprising of 6.9 million assets across five states (NJ, PA, MD, AL, OK) for the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) program, ensuring full compliance with Defense Department guidelines and regulations (FAR / DFAR). Trained personnel in the tracking and management of Government Furnished Property and Equipment (GFP / GFE).
• Served as the Site Integrator (Lead Asset Manager) collaborating with cross-department stakeholders of Support Equipment (SE) and Prototype Manufacturing and Test (PMT) departments to define, validate, and document business, inventory, and supply chain requirements; executed compliance-focused solutions that reduced lost and missing asset discrepancies by 75%.
• Delivered monthly executive-level briefings and data-driven presentations to senior leadership on asset accountability applying root cause analysis and process improvement principles to drive efficiency.
• Led asset visibility operations and annual physical inventories by monitoring performance, analyzing complex data, training personnel and equipment custodians, and implementing continuous improvements to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Achieved 98% inventory accuracies for the past three years.
