Currently, I own and operate Education Associates, LP (www.edassoc.net). EA provides language instruction; curriculum design; and writing and editing to clients worldwide. I founded EA in 2014 and manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting; public relations; legal administration; and outreach with other businesses, and individuals.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English; a Master of Arts Degree in Education; a Certificate in Technical Writing; and a Certificate to Teach English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have experience in the financial industry as a third-party debt collector; as a customer service representative at a private real estate investment bank; and as an administrative assistant at an international investment firm. I have spent a total of three years in the international classroom setting, providing language instruction; syllabus and curriculum design; consulting; assessment; and writing and editing for universities and private corporations. I also have over 8 years of experience in state government administration and have earned a Certificate in Rulemaking from the California Department of Administrative Law.
