My professional journey began in the automotive industry, where I worked on the development of industrial devices and process support, gaining a solid foundation in manufacturing systems, quality standards, and continuous improvement. I later moved into a leadership role within a small-to-medium food manufacturing company, where I managed production operations end to end. In this role, I led teams, structured production routines, controlled inventory, coordinated planning and S&OP processes, and ensured alignment between operational capacity, demand, and business goals.
Throughout my career, I have consistently worked close to data. I have experience defining, monitoring, and improving operational performance using key indicators such as KPIs and OEE, transforming raw operational data into actionable insights. I bring a strong analytical mindset and practical understanding of how data reflects real-world processes on the shop floor.
My skill set spans process optimization, production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional integration. On the technical side, I have working knowledge of Business Intelligence and data tools, including Power BI and SQL, which I use to build dashboards, analyze trends, and support decision-making. I also have a solid foundation in programming and logic, particularly with Python, and a strong interest in applying automation and AI to operational challenges.
