Profile
I have a master’s degree in information science and a Ph.D. degree in Information Technology. An experienced professional with a total of 14 years of experience working as a university librarian and lecturer in the capital city of the Mekong River in Vietnam, I focus on managing the integrated library system, library repository, data analysis, and providing training or guidance to users and students.
I have developed my comprehensive skill set in working with metadata, and database management, and digital literacy programs. Conducting my Ph.D., I am skilled in data collection, analysis, API and SOP. Currently, I am looking for a progressive opportunity to work with data management.

My skills in research and publishing in Human-Computer Interaction have been much improved during my Ph.D. project at the cultural heritage museums. I acquire:
- Expertise in usability, user experience, and conducting evaluations, interviews, and surveys;
- Proficiency in conducting research, interpreting the data, and communicating the results of my research to a general audience;
- Skills in how to design optimized interactive apps, such as audio guides, AR, VR, and MR used in the GLAM domain;
- Framework for design, product development, and customer service to understand the product through the lens of the users and the stakeholders.
