I have rougly 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. I was a travel specialist for 3 years where I moved up twice. Once as an SME and once as a team leader. In 2019 I got my first role as tech support for a very well known VPN provider doing chats and emails. Now, I am handling emails for a very well know pool control system in the USA. I like baking, binge watching series on Netflix and going on Youtube to learn something new.
