Working as Store Supervisor at Happy Frappe from October 13, 2015 to present, my main task is managing staff in daily operations, meet financial goals by analyzing daily sales and achieving targets as well as budgeting, maintaining quality ratings through marketing and promotions, organize staff schedules, handle customer complaints, uplift staff morale through huddles and morning pep talks, customer relations and interpreting information and making recommendations to top management.
Worked at Success Unlimited Enterprises as an Executive Secretary from August 05, 2013 to February 27, 2016 which main duty is to update and create weekly reports about the stocks movement, procurement and distribution as well as other administrative work and provide clerical support for warehouse management and supervisory staff.
Worked for Lloyd's Financing Corporation as a Cashier and Treasury Staff from February 8, 2013 to June 15, 2013. The main duties and responsibilities assigned was to take care of the company's petty cash that includes its disbursement and replenishment. Assist in filling and used dating of company's post dated checks, track the net expenses of the day, recording and encoding.
• Hired last June 2012 to November 2012 as a Customer Assistant in Super Shopping Market Inc. SM Hypermarket which primary goal is the daily operations of providing and delivering professional high quality service to the customer and thier needs, assisting with stock records, maintaining a safe working environment for other staff and promoting a team effort to deliver an unprecedented shopping experience for the customers.
