In my 7 years of working experience in the BPO industry, I can confidently say I've gained sufficient knowledge in handling different types of customers through different channels(Phone, Email and Chat). Exceeding expectations is one of the great qualities I possess which I take pride on. 

I have gained experience in handling a variety of industries/line of businesses from E-commerce/Retail to B2B to Logistics.

Over the years I have mastered multitasking which goes along with time management. At first, it's exhausting but with the right attitude, everything will go smooth along the way. The biggest fulfillment for me is when customers leave the conversation with a smile on their face.
