I have been working in the BPO industry for over four years. I started in customer service and technical support, where I handled different types of customer concerns and learned how to stay calm and solution focused in fast paced situations. That experience helped me build strong communication skills and patience when dealing with different personalities.
For the past two years, I have been working as a Team Lead. In this role, I support my team, monitor performance and make sure we meet our targets while keeping quality high. I enjoy helping others improve and creating a positive working environment. I am dependable, hardworking and always willing to learn and take on new challenges.
