I am Theo Crisostomo, 26 years old, from Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. I am a passionate and purpose-driven individual who finds fulfillment in serving others through creativity, leadership, and ministry. My journey has been deeply rooted in faith, music, and a desire to make an impact both in the church and the digital space.
Currently, I serve at Taytay Methodist Church, where I have taken on various roles—from Administrative Pastor to Social Media Director. These experiences have honed my ability to manage organizational systems, oversee budgets, coordinate staff, and ensure the smooth daily operations of the church. I’ve developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, all while keeping a heart that beats for service and community.
As a Social Media Director, I have learned how to creatively use digital platforms to expand outreach and engagement. My work focuses on crafting meaningful content, building online presence, and fostering authentic connections between the church and its audience. I believe that social media is more than just a platform for promotion—it’s a powerful ministry tool to share stories of hope and faith.
Before serving in ministry, I worked as a Social Media Manager at SIRBISU Channel, a web-based media outlet in Rizal. During that time, I gained valuable experience in content strategy, audience engagement, and analytics. I helped grow the channel’s online presence and create strong digital communities through innovative campaigns and brand storytelling.
In terms of education, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music Major in Music Education at the University of Rizal System, Angono. I’ve also completed an Arts & Design Track at Taytay Methodist Christian School, which gave me a strong foundation in creativity, multimedia, and design. My background in both music and visual arts allows me to blend creativity with purpose, whether in ministry or digital media.
Beyond work, I’m someone who loves music, teaching, and serving people. My dream is to become a missionary or a pastor someday—someone who uses both technology and faith to inspire and reach others. I believe that true leadership is rooted in service, and I strive to live each day with humility, passion, and a heart aligned with God’s mission.
