I also assist advisers with preparing client-facing forms and documents, manage outbound calls to insurance and investment providers to obtain or update client information, and handle database updates using softphones. In addition, I coordinate client meetings through Outlook diary management, process invoicing, and support various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
