Over the past five years, I have gained valuable experience in event management and customer service. My career began as a nightclub promoter with an event management team, where I worked on events in nightclubs and festivals, as well as hosted artist nights with big-name Bollywood singers. During my time as a promoter, I developed a deep understanding of the operations involved in event management, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery. I was also responsible for customer handling, ensuring that all guests had an enjoyable and memorable experience at the events.

In addition to my work in the event management industry, I also spent a year managing a small restaurant. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing a team of employees, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all customers received excellent service. I learned a great deal about the importance of attention to detail and the importance of working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
