While I am new to freelancing, I have hands - on experience with tasks such as typing, organizing documents, preparing spreadsheets, and managing schedules through volunteering and personal projects.
I helped my mother with a catering business, where I assisted in preparing menus, handling food packaging lists, and organizing orders in written and digital form. This involved following instructions, being detail-oriented, and working under pressure.
I’ve also completed several online training programs in hospitality, virtual assistant basics, and soft skills like adaptability and customer service.
I am confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs, and I am currently working to improve my transcription and admin support skills. I’m eager to build my freelancing experience and always open to learning new tools and tasks.
