I’m excited to be a part of your company because I`m inspired to share my expertise and knowledge from my past works. I worked at PRI-MANILA INSURANCE COMPANY as an Insurance Agent. It was a great experience because I have done these things when I was still working like

·        Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.

·        Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.

·        Contact underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage.

·        Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.

·        Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell insurance.

·        Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.

·        Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.

·        Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for customer to implement and provide group insurance program.

 I wanted to have more challenging work so I tried to work and find another one which would help me improve my skills. I was hired at AMDATEX former known as ADEC SOLUTIONS, at first I was a B.P.A. (Business Processing Associate) and I do things like

·        Key-in accurately pertinent information of an order into the client- supplied application in accordance with the given project specifications.

·        Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field or order.

·        Adheres to the channel’s standard operating procedures and work instructions.

·        Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training when necessary.

·        Reports all issues encountered with client-supplied applications to immediate superior

   Then after that my adviser has moved me to become a researcher. As a researcher I did these things 

·        I need to be able to speak and write about their findings clearly, as well as understand assignments and instructions.

·        I use computers to research their information, as well as record their findings.

     Another opportunity has opened when my team leader has promoted me into Q.A (Quality Assurance) it’s a little bit hard but I have managed it. Being a Quality Assurance I need to do these things 

·        Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection document.

·        Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

·        Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

·        Evaluate finished documents, findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

 Me as an employee I have felt that I’m always happy with what I’m doing because I never wanted things to fail, and I make sure that my clients are satisfied with the quality of my work. I am applying for an online job because I wanted to have an extra income and enhance my skills as far as it can go.
