I work as a virtual assistant. Handling emails, using email marketing and marketing automation tools (Active Campaign and Mailchimp), Facebook advertising, managing WordPress websites (knows different page builders like Visual Composer, Divi, Elementor, WP Bakery, and Profit Builder), working with WooCommerce, and social media management are among the tasks I've been assigned. 

I can perform administrative tasks such as Internet research, lead generation, and organization, Craigslist posting, and keyword research using the Google Keyword Tool. I also have excellent English language comprehension.

I can also perform simple tasks such as data entry using Google Docs and Spreadsheets, managing Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, and so on. E-mails are used to schedule appointments with internal and external customers.

In addition, I can also do graphics designing of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.

Finally, I have extensive experience in customer service, which accounts for the majority of my work experience. I've worked with customers from major corporations such as AT&T U-Verse, Century Link, Bell Canada, and others. I'm not afraid to go the extra mile in order to have outstanding service. I literally treat their customers the same way I treat my own.
