I have over 10 years experience in customer service experience. My previous position I started as a Customer Service Rep Remote. I then become a Supervisor after 5 months working as a Support Lead. I lead a team of 25 agents, training them myself, leading them in the right direction of the business and helping the agents to succeed. I completed my teams Quality Assurance, issued scores, completed monthly one-on one with each agent and reviewing teams daily metrics. I have experience in claim processing, fraud claims, and identity fraud.
