My work experiences started at the age of 16 back in 2004. I was a McDonald crew member for 1 year and 5 months and moved to the BPO industry in 2005.
Dealing with customer on the phone and helping them resolve their concerns have been my passion for 2 decades now.
My recent employment focused mainly as a Skip tracer, negotiator, and a solid debt collector. I've reached targets and have been consistent in delivering exceptional customer service for over 20 years.
Apart from those experiences, I also worked as a phone screener, survey specialist, and cold caller during pandemic.
I have dealt with many people from different parts of the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and it’s extremely great to share that I have had thousands of customers handled professionally yet in a very conversational and friendly manner. Making customers satisfied is my goal along with reaching my own goals.
