> My name is Teresa Gathoni. I am a virtual assistant based in Nairobi, Kenya. I specialize in helping busy professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs stay organized, by taking tasks off of their plate. I handle their emails, manage calendars, coordinate tasks, data entry tasks and the general admin support.  My goal is to help clients meet their deadlines and stay focused on what truly matters in their business, while I provide reliable support through the operational tasks that keeps the business on track. I am highly organized, detail oriented, and tech savvy. I take pride in helping businesses operate smoothly and remain organized. In my previous role as a Data Verification Supervisor, I managed team workflows, monitored performance dashboards, and ensured tasks were completed accurately and on time. I developed systems for organizing data, coordinating team schedules, and resolving escalations, all while supporting agents to perform at their best. I am proficient in google workspace tools including Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Gmail   essential for reporting, document creation, scheduling, file sharing and communication. I also work well with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Click Up, to organize workflow, set deadlines and keep client's projects on track. For visual tasks I use Canva to create professional and engaging reports, templates and social media graphics. In addition, I am experienced in using communications tools such as Zoom and Slack, which help me stay connected with teams and clients remotely. I am meticulous in my work ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in every task that I handle. I follow instructions carefully, but also very proactive and resourceful when it comes to solving problems or finding ways to improve the existing workflow. I fully understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism and time management especially in a virtual setting. My background in data supervision and reporting has honed my skills in accuracy, efficiency and a strong work ethic, even when under pressure.
