My main role was to be able to place people in the different positions open by searching through our
database and making use of job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster) to look for qualified candidates. I
also did phone interviews prior to sending candidates for face to face interview in our main office. I also
did reference checks as well as background checks. I was able to place people in permanent as well as
contract positions (Bilingual CSRs, Inside Sales Rep, Machine Operators, etc.). I also did job posting in
Indeed and created resumes before submitting to clients for review. I was also asked to do other Admin
Support roles such as email support for the Operations Manager.
