I have a proven background in protecting customer’s interests.

This includes working from the start of a product lifecycle to the deployment and then the managed service with customers. I have extensive experience in leading a team, integrating all new software and validating new software to create a better user experience.

I have the added experience of having worked in the testing, deployment, support, project and lab management.
