Organizing and coordinating project focus groups
Assisting the Project Team Lead and other Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans
Set up and maintain systems for recording project costs
Develop and support effective communications mechanisms between the project teams
Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Team Lead
Supervision and coordination of office management
Recruitment of temporary support staff when required
