With over 2 years experience in customer service and administration , I have amassed a wealth of customer service skills in busy demanding environments. 

In my most recent role , I have been responsible for call handling , order taking , and on going customer care across the entire range of products and services. This role has given me a great amount of confidence and skills , in dealing with a wide range of customer , high cos transactions , complaint resolution, sales administration and follow up customer care.
