I have been a customer service specialist for over ten years. I started working for a call center company in the Philippines for one of the biggest eCommerce brands and tried freelancing during the pandemic, which I've learned to love. I also loved the convenience of working at home. I put a great effort into thoughtfully prioritizing this until I decided to work as full-time chat and email support for an online shopping website (Shopify and Amazon).
