My name is Taylor Bridges. I am currently looking for an opportunity for a full time position. As of right now I am looking for
remote opportunities. I do have previous work experience working from home, as well as customer service positions. I am
also willing to start fresh in a new environment completely. I have plenty of work experience in different work places
including customer service, retail, and now Early Childhood and MHT/hospital environments! I am seeking a great
opportunity and chance at a new and/or familiar work career. I am willing and ready to learn and try new tasks. There are
plenty of tasks that I have not come across in life that I am ready to experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Customer Service Representative
Duke Energy - Raleigh, NC
July 2019 to August 2020
At Duke Energy I was a customer service representative, at the customer service call center located in NC. I took over 100
calls often, and my job was to always provide great customer service no matter what. Customer service here was very
important as we had very high call volume daily. This position did temporarily become remote then went back to in office.
Mental Health Technician
Holly Hill Hospital - Raleigh, NC
June 2019 to October 2019
I have worked at one of the biggest mental health hospitals. I was apart of the nursing department at the Children's campus
and also work overtime at the adults campus as well. I loved getting to know different children, different personalities all
while helping them achieve their daily goals. I loved watching them grow over the course of their time there. My job as a
MHT was to be there for them whenever they needed me, talk with them whenever it is needed and be there to guide them
in the right direction before being discharged. I was also there to be like a second nurse for them, I am the eyes and ears of
the unit everyday that I am there.
Teacher Assistant/Floater
Primrose Schools - Raleigh, NC
October 2018 to May 2019

young infants (newborn) to Pre-k 3 (5 yr olds) everyday and I can say that everyday I learned something new about the
kids. I have received plenty of certificates since starting in the childcare filed. I am CPR/First Aid and SIDS certified, I also
have completed my EDU- 119 course for my credentials and plan to complete more trainings in the future.

Walmart - Raleigh, NC
February 2017 to July 2018
I was an unloader/stocker which basically just means we unload the general merchandise truck and then we run the freight
