I have also handled back office work like tickets, incidents, escalations, and refund approvals. My English is above average: can speak and write with utmost care to grammar and spelling. I am proficient with MS Office work and am computer-literate. I also have fast typing speed. I have access to a wifi connection and to a laptop, and so work is guaranteed to be taken care of as soon and as fastest as possible.
