I was born in the Cape Verde Islands and left when I was six years old. From there, I lived in Niger for 5 years, Ghana for 5, Italy for 2 and the UK for 3. I studied Psychology for my Bachelor's and spent the last year in Italy; I will be moving back to London in September for my masters. I have always attended American international schools, and was lucky to survive the International Baccalaureate. I was involved in the Model United Nations in school as well, as the representative of a couple of countries and it was great to grow up around so many cultures. My school in Ghana was very athletic and between 9th and 10th grade we had the opportunity to choose normal physical education or Leadership P.E. I chose leadership and was able to help with the organization of tournaments and games of our teams.
