Over the past eight years, I have gained relevant experience in Project Management and Business Analysis. I’ve acted in different roles like Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Manager and Project Manager, always working directly with clients (internal and external). I've been involved in projects of Process Automation (Workflow), Enterprise Document Management and Transaction Processing Systems.
